Questions
What is the Pro trial?
Every new account gets 14 days with Pro-level access, with no card. After that you are on Free, and everything you made is kept. Nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.
How do credits work?
A pack is 50 credits for $9, paid once through PayPal. Each draft or send beyond your free allowance uses 1 credit. Credits are not used while you are on Pro or in the trial, and they do not expire.
What counts as a draft?
One AI-written email for one subscriber. Previewing recovery for three subscribers uses three drafts.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
Nothing is deleted. Your dashboard, history and saved drafts stay. You are asked to upgrade only when you try to draft or send more.
How is Pro billed?
As a PayPal subscription. You approve it in PayPal and can cancel there or on the billing page at any time.
Is the data in the demo real?
No. It is synthetic data for a fictional merchant, and the app says so on every screen. The readiness scanner is real.
Can I pay only when you recover revenue?
Not yet. We are considering a small share of recovered revenue as an alternative to the flat fee. If that suits you better, tell us at support@ameliorlabs.ca.
